***NEW PROCESS FOR ATTENDEES - YOU WILL RECEIVE
BADGE AND TICKETS AT THE SHOW***

Exhibitor badges will be mailed. Only attendees will have to pickup their badge at the show.

In order to expedite orders and do our part to save some trees, we will NOT mail any show credentials to you before the show – they will all be given to you at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Simply bring a copy of your confirmation letter to an Express Check-In Counter (either print it out or show it to us on your smart phone). Your credentials will be given to you at this time (this includes your badge/wristband and any additional daily exhibit hall tickets and workshop/class tickets you may have purchased).

Express Check-In Counters will be open:
Saturday, June 21 8:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday, June 22, 8:00am – 6:00pm
Monday, June 23, 8:00am – 4:00pm.

Is the public invited to participate in the conference?
No, this is a professional tradeshow only and is not beneficial to anyone not involved in the spa industry. However, anyone interested in this industry is more then welcome to call and get more information.

Do you have to bring your license to the show?
Not all states license their estheticians or salon/spa professionals, so we do not require any ID at the door. Some form of professional identification is suggested for networking and business transaction information. Questex Media, however only advertises to the professionals in the spa industry.

Do people attending classes receive CEU credits?
Many classes are acceptable for CEU credit; however, due to the diversity in state accreditation programs, it is the attendee's responsibility to notify their state board of cosmetology to predetermine which classes are acceptable.
